Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Qualified candidates will have a great attitude
• Be a team player and be very customer service and hospitality oriented
• Have flexible availability (willing to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a face paced environment

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation and quality meet standards
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions about ingredients or specials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments accurately and provide receipts as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
