The Pool Attendant/Server will continually monitor the sundeck, dining terrace, and pool locker rooms to keep them clean and well-stocked. They will ensure a steady supply of utensils, condiments, paper and plastic goods to the pool kitchen and counter. They will serve meals and beverages to Club Members and Guests according to well-established rules of etiquette and perform various incidental duties to furnish satisfactory service. The Pool Attendant/Server will also serve as rotating Pool Hosts/Hostesses, stationed at the front gate where they greet and sign in members and guests, ensuring the required pool waivers are on file. They will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all pool services related to food and beverage as well as safety procedures. They will also work in other outlets such as Courtside Café, and Banquets when needed. A neat and organized individual, the Pool Attendant/Server will be a team player who helps wherever they can make a difference. Possessing a strong customer service orientation, they will be an attentive yet unobtrusive presence, always keeping an eye out for ways to meet member/guest needs, as well as the needs of their colleagues. Pool positions are seasonal and require a commitment starting in May through the end of September. At the end of the pool season, which can be as late as October, star performers may apply and be considered for any open position for which they are qualified.
