A Server Assistant will help our servers create memorable guest experiences in our brand-new lunch, dinner, and bar outlet, Ripple & Roots. This role is all about ensuring service is smooth by providing attentive support service to guests, maintaining a clear, clean, and properly set dining room, and communicating with the Ripple & Roots team. The right person will have great attention to detail, work well in teams, and have previous restaurant experience. Requirements

Refined communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift/push/pull/carry a moderate amount of weight.
Desire to exceed guest expectations
Valid TABC and Food Handler Certifications are required for this position
Open availability is required for this position
