About The Position

Long Cove Club is seeking Server Assistants to join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server Assistant, you'll help ensure smooth service by supporting our servers, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and enhancing the overall dining experience for our members. We're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, stay proactive, and enjoy being part of a team‑focused environment

Requirements

SC Alcohol Server certification required
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the club
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Comfortable working in various indoor/outdoor conditions

Responsibilities

Support servers by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables quickly and efficiently
Keep dining areas clean, organized, and presentable throughout service
Refill water, beverages, and assist with delivering food when needed
Ensure side stations, service areas, and supplies are fully stocked
Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and maintaining overall cleanliness
Provide friendly and attentive service to members and guests, anticipating needs whenever possible
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth, timely, high‑quality dining experiences
Complete assigned side work before, during, and after each shift
Additional duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team
