Set and reset tables correctly within the guidelines Proper and friendly service when in contact with all guests Assist servers in any way with supplies, food, and beverage Maintain extensive knowledge of menu, food preparation Some wine knowledge Expedite clean products to all areas Restock service stations Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses Other duties as assigned Side work duties
