Summary: Sets and clears restaurant tables; stocks all service stations; assists food servers with table service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow Levy’s Responsible Alcohol Service standards: check IDs for anyone appearing under 30, do not serve guests under 21 or visibly intoxicated, and limit service to two drinks per guest per ID at a time. Provide safe, responsible, and knowledgeable alcohol and wine service. Answer guest questions about menu items, beverages, and wine selections. Know table numbers and accurately enter or write orders. Maintain attentive service: monitor your station, check back with guests, and identify when meals are finished. Process payments accurately and follow proper checkout procedures. Assist with food delivery, clearing tables, and resetting dining areas. Keep work areas clean and maintain a positive, outgoing attitude. Complete assigned side work and support team members when able. Stay knowledgeable about daily food and beverage specials.Perform additional duties as assigned by management Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, reaching; occasional kneeling or climbing; ability to lift up to 25 lbs; may work near moving mechanical parts.
