Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Server Assistants to join our Barrel Yard team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, in clud in g nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal bus in ess hours, as needed.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Constant stand in g, walk in g, bend in g, reach in g, and repetitive motions.
Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners.
Ability to lift, balance and move large food trays, weigh in g up to 35 pounds, for set-up, service, and clean-up.
Visual acuity and hear in g to take orders and prepare checks.
Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of shift; may in clude walk in g up and down stairs.

Nice To Haves

Experience or tra in in g as a Runner, Bar Back or Busser with a similar style of d in in g, capacity, and volume is preferred.

Responsibilities

Check in with management upon arrival for daily duties and station assignments.
Attend pre-shift brief in g , tak in g note of relevant in formation in clud in g service, food and beverage, and guest notes.
May assist with runn in g food/beverages to tables.
Ma in ta in cleanl in ess and sanitation of the d in in g room in clud in g all equipment, utensils, tables, chairs, service stations, floors, and w in dows.
Remove dirty dishes, silverware, and empty glasses from guest tables after guests depart .
Return dirty dishes, silverware, glassware and l in en to dish wash in g area, sort in g appropriately and plac in g them in the assigned area for proper disposition.
Reset tables once guests leave accord in g to floor plan or in structions from management.
Remove and empty trash as needed.
Seasonal game day position.
Assist bartenders with bar set up, ma in tenance & service.
Assist servers with d in in g room set up, ma in tenance & service.
