About The Position

Delaney Oyster House is seeking collaborative and detail-driven Server Assistants to join their team. Delaney Oyster House is an acclaimed seafood restaurant and raw bar located in the heart of downtown Charleston, part of The Neighborhood Dining Group. The restaurant celebrates the flavors and traditions of the Lowcountry, with a menu highlighting the freshest, most sustainable seafood sourced from local coastal and inland waterways, served in a welcoming, casual-chic setting. The role of Server Assistant is to support the front-of-house team and help create a seamless, elevated guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Servers by clearing, resetting, and maintaining clean, organized tables
• Assist in delivering food and beverage orders with professionalism and care
• Keep service areas stocked, clean, and guest-ready
• Anticipate guest needs and provide warm, genuine hospitality at every turn
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
