Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred but not required
Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays or bus tubs throughout the shift
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative and support where needed
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing service demands
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and supporting overall service excellence

Nice To Haves

Experience in a high-volume setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Deliver a warm, energetic, and supportive presence that enhances the overall Irish pub guest experience
Assist servers in providing efficient and attentive service by running food and beverages accurately and promptly
Ensure all food is delivered to the correct table with proper presentation, knowledge of menu items, and attention to guest needs
Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and thoroughly to maintain optimal table availability and flow of service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, bar area, service stations, and expo line throughout service
Stock and replenish service areas including glassware, silverware, napkins, condiments, and other necessary supplies
Support the service team by refilling water, pre-bussing tables, and anticipating guest needs
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house team members to ensure seamless service execution
Maintain awareness of the dining room pace and assist where needed to keep service running smoothly
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Contribute to a team culture rooted in camaraderie, accountability, and hospitality excellence
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support overall pub operations
