About The Position
Craguns Resort is looking for a friendly and attentive Host/Hostess/Server Assistant. Are you passionate about guest interaction and delivering service with a smile? We value friends, family, hard work, and having fun! Come join our team for the 2024 Season! Job Purpose: This is a part-time Server Assistant and Host/Hostess float position. It is responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with the overall operation, coordination, appearance and maintenance of the different dining locations and waitress station, ensuring that courteous and efficient services are delivered. Essential Job Duties: Responsible for arranging seating accommodations and greeting residents, guests, and staff while maintaining a friendly environment. Maintains the appearance of dining room tables, including table linens, napkins, silverware, table setup, centerpieces, etc. Greets and seats residents and guests as they arrive for meal periods. Maintains pertinent and appropriate reservations and assists in performing billing transactions as needed. Advises the Dining Room Manager regarding dining room status. Assists bus and wait staff on the floor when needed and receives an over-all consensus on resident feed-back and satisfaction. Delivers orders to appropriate tables and serves guests. Performs other duties as required
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years or older
- Must be aval days/nights/weekends/holidays
- Must be organized and personable
- Has the ability to multitask efficiently
- Must be able to work flexible hours
