About The Position

Let the competitions begin at Dolly Parton's Stampede Dinner and Show! We're seeking friendly and high-energy individuals to serve our fabulous four-course feast. Full time, Part Time and Seasonal positions available. On the job training provided.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Must obtain a valid Tennessee state ABC permit.
• Education requirements include high school diploma / GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for dinner service by assisting arena servers with set up.
• Be the communicator between kitchen staff and arena staff to ensure the correct amount of food is ready to serve, in the correct sections.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to prevent any food cross contamination.
• Ensure all food equipment is functioning properly for proper temperatures.
• Understand food allergies and what options are available. Be vigilant when serving any guest with a food allergy.
• Assist with cleaning table & section when dinner service is complete.
• Remove any dinner ware and get to appropriate location in the kitchen.
• Beverage attendant position may require cross training of serving duties.
