About The Position
The Server Assistant supports the dining service team by delivering food promptly and accurately, assisting servers with table maintenance, and ensuring guests receive efficient, attentive service. This role helps maintain a clean, organized dining environment while contributing to a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify food items match tickets before leaving the kitchen.
- Assist servers by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
- Refill water, beverages, bread, and condiments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and expo areas.
- Assist with polishing glassware, rolling silverware, and stocking supplies.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers regarding orders and guest needs.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and notify servers of any concerns.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Support team members during busy service periods.
