This position is responsible for providing friendly, courteous, and efficient quality food and beverage service to all guests at the Bryce Canyon Pines Hotel. Key duties include taking guest food and beverage orders, describing menu items, clearing and setting tables, and maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant area. The role also involves operating a cash register/POS, handling payments, and adhering to all company customer service and cash handling policies and procedures. Additionally, the server is responsible for verifying customer identification for alcoholic beverages and ensuring compliance with legal drinking age requirements, while assisting guests professionally and courteously.
