About The Position
We are looking for an experienced SEO & Website Manager to lead organic growth and website optimization efforts. This role requires a strong blend of technical SEO expertise, content strategy, and performance optimization to maximize search visibility and conversions.
Requirements
- Proven SEO experience (agency or SMB level)
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link building
- Experience with website platforms, analytics, and SEO tools
- Ability to create high-quality, strategic content
- Excellent English communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Portuguese language skills
- Experience in home services or local SEO
Responsibilities
- Manage technical and on-page SEO to improve search rankings
- Develop and execute backlink and link-building strategies
- Create and optimize website content (blogs, landing pages, copy)
- Ensure content aligns with SEO best practices and conversion goals
- Monitor and improve website performance, speed, and user experience
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO and usability
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager for integrated strategy
- Align organic and paid efforts for maximum growth
- Outsource SEO or content tasks when necessary
- Maintain high standards across all deliverables
