About The Position

In this role, you will own and drive the organic growth strategy for a fast-growing e-commerce brand, ensuring maximum visibility in search engines and a seamless user experience across product and content pages. You will conduct advanced keyword research, optimize on-page and technical SEO, and lead link-building initiatives to strengthen domain authority. Collaborating closely with content, UX, and development teams, you will transform data insights into actionable strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience in e-commerce, DTC, or high-growth digital environments.
  • Proven track record in executing successful link acquisition and content-driven SEO strategies.
  • Deep expertise in technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page practices.
  • Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including content, development, UX, and marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to clarity and detail.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search rankings, and boost conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities and optimize content across product and editorial pages.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements, including metadata, internal linking, site speed, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Lead link-building and digital PR initiatives, cultivating relationships with relevant websites, publishers, and partners.
  • Collaborate with content, UX, product, and development teams to enhance on-site engagement and ensure SEO best practices are embedded.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, conduct audits, and prioritize actionable fixes to optimize results.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging tools to future-proof organic strategies.
