About The Position

The Any Hour Group is looking for an experienced SEO specialist to help grow organic traffic and local visibility across our home services brands. This is an in-house, individual contributor role for someone who knows SEO fundamentals, enjoys hands-on execution, and is curious about where search is headed (local, AI, and beyond). You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and agency partners to execute SEO strategies that drive real business results—leads, booked jobs, and revenue.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Strong SEO fundamentals (on-page, local, content)
• Experience with tools like GSC, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, BrightLocal
• Curious, organized, and comfortable executing independently
• Strategic & Analytical mindset
• Clear communicator who collaborates well with teams

Nice To Haves

• Home services experience
• WordPress familiarity
• basic technical SEO knowledge

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO initiatives across site health, content, and local search
• Support Google Business Profile optimization for multi-location brands
• Help improve Map Pack visibility and “near me” searches
• Conduct keyword research and support content optimization (service pages, FAQs)
• Collaborate with agencies and QA SEO deliverables
• Track performance and help connect SEO work to leads and bookings
• Learn and apply emerging SEO and AI-driven search best practices
