The Role We’re looking for an SEO & GEO Manager to lead organic growth strategies that perform not just in traditional search, but across AI-powered discovery, including Google AI Overviews, generative search experiences, and large language models (LLMs). Once fully trained, you’ll own strategy and execution for a portfolio of B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor who can translate complex SEO, GEO, and AI concepts into clear, confident recommendations for marketing leaders and C-suite stakeholders. This is a hands-on, growth-stage role for someone with a strong SEO foundation who understands that modern SEO isn’t just about rankings… it’s about visibility, authority, and influence across how buyers actually search today. You’re ready to level up: learning the Obility way, applying proven best practices, and staying curious by testing new tools, tactics, and approaches as search evolves in the AI era. We’re looking for someone with a strong analytics foundation (GA, GTM, GSC) who understands SEO best practices and is willing to learn and grow under guidance from our SEO & GEO Team.
