We are looking for an SEO & Analytics Coordinator to join our team in Lenexa, KS. This role will be responsible for supporting the SEO Manager and Marketing Analytics Manager in executing strategy across organic search, analytics, reporting, and testing. This role blends hands-on SEO execution—including AI-assisted content creation, keyword research, gap analysis, competitor evaluation, and meta tag optimization—with analytics support including data analysis, dashboard development, report generation, and A/B testing coordination. This role is also an active contributor to the team’s AI initiatives—applying AI tools day-to-day across SEO and analytics workflows, developing prompts and processes, and helping evaluate and implement AI-powered solutions across the marketing organization. Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO and/or marketing analytics, with a genuine enthusiasm for emerging marketing technology and AI-driven innovation.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio).
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for content creation, research, and data analysis; proficient with Google Workspace and Excel.
  • Experience building and maintaining marketing performance dashboards and reports.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and tools, including native testing capabilities within advertising and web platforms.
  • Working knowledge of HTML as it relates to on-page SEO (heading tags, meta tags, structured data, canonical tags).
  • Strong communicator who can translate technical findings into clear insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented and self-directed, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Data Science, Communications, or a similar field preferred
  • Google Analytics Certification preferred
  • Google Ads Measurement Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute the SEO/GEO strategy as directed by the SEO Manager — including on-page optimization, technical audits and maintenance, local listings, and content optimization across brand platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, and SERP evaluations using AI-assisted workflows; surface findings for strategic prioritization.
  • Leverage AI tools to draft and optimize SEO copy, meta tags, and structured data aligned with target keywords and search intent.
  • Execute link outreach and backlink acquisition strategies to improve domain authority and organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure all published content — including CMS updates across brand and retail sites — follows SEO best practices.
  • Stay current on algorithm updates, emerging SEO trends, and AI-driven search developments.
  • Support the Marketing Analytics Manager in building and maintaining dashboards and reports across digital channels.
  • Implement and maintain GA4 event tracking, UTM tagging, and Tag Manager configurations to ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor analytics across channels — using AI tools where applicable — to surface trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Analyze competitive benchmarks, industry trends, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate A/B and multivariate test setup, monitoring, and documentation under the Analytics Manager's direction.
