The Assistant, eCommerce Strategy + SEO plays a key role in executing digital initiatives across J.Crew’s app and website, ensuring a seamless, inspiring, and brand-right customer experience. Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Strategy + SEO, this role owns critical operational workflows across site and app content execution while supporting broader eCommerce strategy, SEO insights, testing, and AI-enabled discovery initiatives. This position is designed as a foundational development role, building expertise in digital experience, experimentation, organic growth, and next-generation discovery tools.
