SEO Analyst

Level Agency
$45,000 - $75,000Remote

About The Position

We’re not looking for someone to “do SEO.” We’re looking for someone to drive organic performance. Level Agency is hiring a hands-on, detail-obsessed SEO Analyst to execute, optimize, and continuously improve search performance across client accounts. You’ll be deep in the work—auditing, optimizing, analyzing, and iterating every day. This is not a passive or purely strategic role. It’s for someone who takes pride in execution and sees rankings, traffic, and conversions as outcomes they own. If you’re constantly looking for ways to improve performance—and curious about how AI can accelerate that—you’ll fit right in. This Isn’t for Everyone. We’re building something rare: a place where performance, accountability, and growth all show up—every day. You’ll thrive here if: ✅ You enjoy hands-on SEO execution and problem-solving ✅ You think in outcomes (traffic, rankings, conversions)—not just tasks ✅ You analyze, test, and iterate constantly ✅ You take initiative and don’t wait for direction ✅ You’re excited by AI and new ways of working And you’ll struggle here if: ❌ You prefer high-level strategy over execution ❌ You rely on outdated SEO tactics ❌ You avoid data or technical troubleshooting ❌ You wait to be told what to do ❌ You treat SEO like a checklist instead of a craft About Level Good enough isn’t. Level Agency is an AI-powered performance marketing agency built for brands ready to shatter yesterday’s wins. We help complex, high-consideration brands outperform their last result using AI, data science, creativity, and relentless iteration. We specialize in markets where the stakes are high and the journeys are complex — education, B2B technology, financial services, healthcare, CPG, ecommerce, and more. Our work spans the full performance ecosystem: media, SEO & AI search, CRM, and advanced analytics. Today, our team operates fully remote across North America, supporting ambitious brands ready to grow. Your Role (and Impact) As an SEO Analyst, you’ll be responsible for executing SEO strategies that drive measurable organic growth.
