About The Position

Join BAE Systems' RF Capability Group and lead the development of cutting-edge microwave hardware! We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Principal II RF/Microwave Engineer to design and implement innovative microwave modules for mission-critical applications. You will leverage your expertise in wideband microwave design – including receiver front ends, tuners, up/down converters, and switch matrices – throughout the entire product lifecycle, from concept to production.

Requirements

12+ years of engineering experience with 10+ years specializing in RF, microwave, or millimeter-wave design.
Proficiency with Keysight ADS (preferred) or similar simulation software and experience with 2D or 3D EM modeling.
Experience designing tuner modules and/or frequency converters is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field. Master’s degree preferred.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
