About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Workflow Solutions Consultant - REMOTE. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving workflow-focused growth and providing technical expertise to partners and clients. You will blend your technical knowledge with consultative sales support, engaging with account managers and customers. You're expected to contribute to the success of customer workflows through a collaborative approach across various teams while ensuring optimal adoption of solutions. This position is pivotal in implementing initiatives from design to execution, making a tangible impact on efficiency and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in workflow solutions or related roles.
  • Experience within print, document management, or workflow automation preferred.
  • Strong professional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive workflow and ScanShare solution growth through technical pre-sales support and partner enablement.
  • Support staff and dealer partners on pre-sales workflow and solution-related engagements.
  • Engage prospects in discovery meetings to assess workflow requirements.
  • Design and demonstrate workflow solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support for complex workflow opportunities.
  • Perform solution demonstrations and presentations online and onsite.
  • Draft documentation related to workflow solutions and project requirements.
  • Train dealer partners and sales teams on best practices for workflow solutions.
  • Oversee the project lifecycle from requirements analysis to quality assurance.
