As the Senior Workday Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a Workday experience the People Experience team and the business can trust and easily navigate. You will maintain system foundations, streamline processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure Workday aligns with real-world ways of working. This role balances hands-on configuration and support with strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership. In addition, you are expected to play an active role in the maintenance, updates, enhancements, and deployment of new releases, and documentation of key People Experience projects that leverage the Workday platform. This role is within our People Experience (HR) team, which supports all service lines across the organization.
