Why This Role Matters: Group 1001 is seeking a collaborative, strategic-thinking and savvy Senior Workday Configuration Analyst to lead, execute and optimize Workday configuration activities across our Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence and Benefits modules. You’ll be a subject matter expert in each of these areas in our HR ecosystem and will deliver high-quality solutions by understanding end-user needs and the touch-points between the modules, gathering and developing business requirements and supporting technical design. You’ll be responsible for system configuration and enhancements, testing, ongoing maintenance, reporting requirements and ensuring compliance. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll Operations, IT and external vendors to deliver accurate and efficient payroll processes and a seamless, easy-to-use employee experience.
