About The Position
Looking for an experienced Onshore Workday Test Lead [ Chicago]. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday testing, including functional testing, data migration and configuration. This role requires excellent leadership skills to manage testing teams and ensure the successful implementation of Workday solutions. We're looking for an experienced Workday Test Lead to join an established project team supporting a large enterprise Workday implementation. This is a hands-on testing leadership role requiring both deep functional knowledge of Workday and the ability to execute and drive quality assurance efforts across multiple modules. Candidates must have strong client-facing skills, a polished and professional communication style, and a proactive approach to driving workstreams forward. Experience in the airline industry is highly preferred but not required.
