About The Position

A reputable engineering firm is seeking a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join their growing team in Indianapolis! This is a hybrid position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other relevant field
• 5+ years of experience
• PE License preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
• Water/wastewater treatment experience preferred
• Experience with processing modeling software preferred
• Familiarity with federal and state environmental rules and regulations
• Successful applicants must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Collect/review data, perform calculations, prepare contract documents to assist with the design
• Assist project team on preliminary/final design documents using AutoCAD Civil 3D/Revit
• Assist with preparation of preliminary engineering design reports/ studies
• Work on design projects involving treatment process and hydraulic analysis, equipment selection and layout for either water or wastewater treatment facilities
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
