About The Position

Audubon is currently seeking a Senior Water Filtration Project Manager to join our team in our Ludington, MI Office. This role combines business development, project leadership, and team building, with responsibility for delivering complex water treatment and dewatering solutions across the United States.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in water filtration, dewatering, fluid handling, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of project management and account development across multi-state regions.
  • Experience managing both business development and project execution in industrial, energy, or construction markets.
  • Background in equipment rental, water treatment systems, and turnkey project delivery.
  • Demonstrated success in building and leading field operations teams.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial water filtration systems and applications.
  • Effective leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tracking systems, proposal development, and KPI reporting.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute projects across the U.S. focused on industrial water filtration, dewatering, and turnkey treatment systems.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across markets including construction, oil & gas, mining, utilities, and environmental.
  • Oversee full project lifecycle including proposal development, scope definition, equipment planning, execution oversight, and client communication.
  • Build, train, and manage a regional field operations team to support project delivery and growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure alignment on technical delivery, equipment utilization, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor regional trends and competitor activity to support strategic growth initiatives.

  • Performing duties in a manner that protects personal and team health and safety
  • Participating in required HSE training, meetings, and reporting activities
  • Identifying and reporting hazards, near misses, and unsafe conditions
  • Following safe work practices and complying with applicable regulatory requirements
