About The Position

Ruggable is seeking a Senior Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations with direct ownership of inventory accuracy, inbound and outbound shipping, customer returns, quality inspection, and finished goods control. This role ensures that materials move correctly, counts remain accurate, and products ship on time and without defects.
This position plays a critical role in protecting the business from inventory loss, shipping delays, and quality failures. The supervisor will monitor stock levels, identify at-risk materials, and escalate risks to Procurement and Operations before shortages or defects impact customers or production.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong floor presence, fast problem-solving, and strict enforcement of safety and process standards. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading teams in a high-volume environment and takes full ownership of results tied to accuracy, safety, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and 5+ years of progressive warehouse leadership experience
• Hands-on experience managing inbound, outbound, and returns operations
• Direct experience using a WMS for inventory control, adjustments, and reporting
• Experience building labor plans, shift coverage, and daily staffing models
• Experience leading safety programs and equipment certification
• Ability to analyze inventory reports and operational KPIs
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations across receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and strict WMS control
• Investigate inventory errors, defects, and safety incidents, and drive corrective action
• Oversee inbound freight, verify counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, complete, and shipped on time
• Manage the returns and quality inspection process to control restock, rework, and scrap
• Monitor raw material and finished goods levels to identify shortages and risks
• Escalate at-risk materials, shortages, and quality issues to Procurement and Operations
• Train, coach, and hold warehouse staff accountable for safety, accuracy, and performance
• Enforce all PPE, safety rules, and powered equipment standards
• Track performance metrics and lead continuous improvement efforts
