About The Position

Position Summary Coordinate all domestic and international shipping requests. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Focused QA Representative on review/approval of Non-Conforming Events (NCEs), Deviations, Unloads receiving trucks as needed. Signs for delivery after inspection dependent on condition upon arrival. Create & handle all shipping and paperwork processing. Physically inspects all deliveries. Prepares shipping paperwork with accuracy, as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate system (UPS etc.) Communicates status of Shipping/Receiving activities to appropriate personnel. Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or shipping history information to internal customers on request. Participates in end of month (EOM) inventory. Maintain housekeeping of warehouse. Prepares shipping paperwork with accuracy, as well as completes shipping transaction in appropriate system (UPS, Fed Ex, World Courier, etc.). Coordinates shipping with external carriers.May assist with receiving duties as needed. Assists other warehouse employees as needed. Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required Maybe required to work Holidays and weekends Maybe required to work Overtime Contributes to the overall operations and to the achievement of departmental goals Perform job specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and WuXi AppTec Policies and Standard Operating Procedures. Thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices Other duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Ability Must have intermediate computer skills such as; e-mail, excel spreadsheets etc. Great Plains experience Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills Need to be able to read, write and understand English Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook) Education & Experience 3+ years of relevant experience or combination of experience & education High School diploma Quality Requirements Ensure compliance with all FDA and Worldwide Quality & Compliance regulations in all aspects of your work. Adhere to established procedures and protocols, prioritize continuous training and skill development, and uphold the highest standards of data integrity to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Working EnvironmentEmployee will work with moderate noise level. Employee will perform tasks while experiencing numerous interruptions. Employee may travel by car and airplane to work at different locations and may occasionally be required to travel overnight. The work environment is fast paced. This position has the utmost responsibility for compliance with the rules and regulations regarding a safe and healthy work environment relative to their actions and conduct. Off-shift, weekend and overtime duties may be required. While performing the job duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use English written and oral communication skills. Requirements
