About The Position

Ignite is an ISO 9001:2015 and CMMI Services Level 3 certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama. Ignite is seeking a Senior VTC Administrator to support secure and non-secure communications for USASMDC leadership and mission teams. The U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) is responsible for delivering global missile defense, space operations, and strategic deterrence capabilities in support of Combatant Commands and national defense objectives. This role enables real-time collaboration and operational coordination. Contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

• Secret clearance (required)
• 8+ years of experience supporting VTC or audiovisual systems
• Experience supporting DoD VTC environments
• Knowledge of secure communications systems

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Configure and operate secure and non-secure VTC systems
• Support Microsoft Teams-based collaboration environments
• Maintain audiovisual equipment and peripherals
• Troubleshoot connectivity and system issues
