• Mastery in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, brand tracking, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Define and inspire brand strategy approach agency-wide, raising the strategic bar.
• Mentor and develop a diverse strategy team with hands-on coaching and career development paths.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating C-suite work sessions and guiding brand transformations.
