About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Viral Content Writer who knows how to consistently create content that captures attention, drives engagement, and spreads organically across platforms. This person understands internet culture, audience psychology, and how to turn ideas into high-performing content.
You’ll be responsible for ideating, writing, and optimizing content designed to go viral across channels like X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in content writing, social media, or growth-focused roles
• Proven track record of creating viral content (must include portfolio or links)
• Deep understanding of at least one major platform (X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram)
• Exceptional writing skills with strong attention to tone, pacing, and clarity
• Ability to write quickly without sacrificing quality
• Strong intuition for what makes content shareable and engaging
• Experience working in fast-paced startup or creator environments

Nice To Haves

• Experience writing for founders, CEOs, or personal brands
• Background in copywriting, journalism, or storytelling
• Familiarity with analytics tools and content dashboards
• Basic understanding of video scripting and editing workflows

Responsibilities

• Create high-performing, shareable content across multiple platforms (short-form posts, threads, scripts, hooks, captions)
• Develop viral hooks, headlines, and storytelling formats that drive engagement
• Rapidly iterate on content based on performance data
• Collaborate with founders, marketing, and design teams to align content with brand voice
• Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform algorithm changes
• Repurpose long-form content into viral short-form formats
• Analyze metrics (views, shares, retention, CTR) and refine strategy accordingly
• Build and maintain a consistent brand voice that resonates with target audiences
