About The Position

Trillium Health Resources is a Tailored Plan and Managed Care Organization (MCO) serving 46 counties across North Carolina. We manage services for individuals with serious mental health needs, substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, and intellectual/development (IDD) disabilities. Our mission is to help individuals and families build strong foundations for healthy, fulfilling lives. Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Senior Vice President to join our team! The Senior Vice President is responsible for the oversight and supervision of all Regional Vice Presidents, their teams, and all Regional Operations staff. Additionally, this position provides organization-wide strategic direction and leadership for Trillium’s Disaster Response. The Senior Vice President is also responsible for the leadership and operational support of various community activities and will represent the LME/MCO to all external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum six (6) years of professional experience in human services, including three (3) years of experience managing complex human service initiatives and supervisory experience required; OR
  • Master’s degree and minimum three (3) years of professional experience in human services, including three (3) years of experience managing complex human service initiatives and supervisory experience required.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must reside within North Carolina.
  • Must be able to travel within catchment as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ten (10) years of experience in an administrative role with an LME/MCO.
  • Previous experience working with providers, consumers, community boards, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall oversight and strategic direction for all Regional Vice Presidents and their teams ensuring the community voice is heard and relaying any concerns to the CEO.
  • Develop and lead Community Oversight/Regional Advisory Boards and support the Consumer and Family Advisory Committee, the Member Advisory Committee, the Long Term Services and Supports Committee, and the Innovations Waiver workgroup in understanding the performance of the LME/MCO, ensuring that community needs and concerns are represented and addressed appropriately.
  • Provide leadership and support to the region by directing the daily operations of regional staff activities.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and provide direction in the development and streamlining of procedures and processes.
  • Assist in developing an annual plan of work aligned with the LME/MCO goals.
  • Develop and oversee all the Tailored Plan and Medicaid Direct requirements for the Regional Operations Department.
