Summary The S enior Vice President, Operations is primarily responsible to develop strong connectivity with the market operations, to ensure local implementation of key corporate programs required for the continued growth of the Company. The SVP, Operations will be to operationalize strategic objectives, create the necessary structure to scale the business, and provide the resources needed to do so. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented and data-driven with a successful track record of adapting to variable business environments and needs. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the operational and financial performance of the business, with a strong focus on market leadership, P&L ownership, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of market performance, including outcomes, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. They instill a culture of operational discipline, and ensure the delivery of the company's mission. The role requires a leader with an ownership mindset, a commitment to operational excellence, and a passion for teammate and client-centric leadership.
