About The Position

Compass Health Center is seeking a Senior Vice President of Technology & Data Solutions to lead the next phase of our technology evolution. With oversight of our entire Technology function, we are looking for a strategic, people-centered technology leader who can drive application strategy, data integration, AI-enabled efficiency, and enterprise-wide impact. This role blends vision with execution; we are seeking someone who can set direction while still rolling up their sleeves to drive results. Please note that this is a hybrid position based in Chicagoland. Candidates must have the ability to travel to various Compass locations primarily in the Chicagoland area, with light travel to our facilities in other states as necessary.

Requirements

  • Senior technology leader with experience in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent organizations
  • Proven success in data platforms, analytics, application strategy, and EHR integrations
  • Track record of delivering technology initiatives that improve outcomes and efficiency
  • Excellent relationship-building skills; able to engage across clinical and operational functions
  • Strategic thinker who is also hands-on when needed

Responsibilities

  • Shape and execute the technology strategy that aligns with our mission and clinical priorities
  • Build and scale an enterprise data platform that continues to enhance the use of data to drive positive patient impact
  • Oversee EHR and application strategy, integrations, and vendor partnerships to support care delivery and growth
  • Move key initiatives and continuous improvement projects from concept to completion with measurable impact
  • Implement automation and practical AI to make systems intuitive, efficient, and user-focused
  • Work closely with clinical and operational leaders to understand real-world needs and help teams adopt technology with confidence
