We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Service Delivery General Management - M3 to join our Global Service Delivery team. This role is located in Boston, MA In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of total work experience preferred, including 1-3 years in management
  • Service delivery experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams, manage complex projects, and drive operational excellence
  • People leadership experience with a focus on motivating and developing staff

Responsibilities

  • Manage a unit area in Service Delivery, overseeing multiple large projects with high operational impact aligned with Global Service Delivery business goals
  • Allocate resources to align with business objectives and annual plans, setting departmental priorities and developing a shared vision and strategy to optimize team execution and performance
  • Ensure work produced meets and exceeds product/service quality standards
  • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff to maximize individual contributions, professional growth, and effective team collaboration
  • Develop and implement new processes and policies for the assigned area and ensure operationalization by subordinate teams
  • Complete intricate problem resolution and manage financial and human resources responsibilities for assigned teams
