The Senior Vice President of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that drive revenue, expand market share, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across both commercial and consumer segments. This leader will be accountable for building a high-performing sales organization, optimizing processes, and ensuring alignment with the company’s fiber-first growth strategy. Reporting directly to the President and CEO of TDS Telecom, the SVP will lead the company’s entire sales vision in the telecom sector—responsible for setting high-level strategies, driving aggressive revenue growth across fiber, broadband, TV, and wireless, managing large sales teams (including VPs and Directors), and collaborating with the executive team on product-market fit and customer engagement strategies. This role demands a visionary, results-driven leader who can influence at the highest levels and execute with precision and agility. The SVP will ensure sales strategies are customized for both commercial and consumer customers, balancing innovation with operational excellence to achieve subscriber, market share, and revenue targets. This position is critical to advancing TDS Telecom’s competitive position and delivering sustainable growth.
