We are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales, a transformative Sales executive who will lead our national sales organization, accelerate profitable growth, strengthen partnerships, and elevate our One Omni Sales culture. This role will shape our future, driving strategy and execution across regional sales, national accounts, and capital/commercial project markets. The Senior Vice President of Sales is responsible for developing and executing OmniCable’s enterprise sales strategy, leading a nationwide sales organization, and driving year‑over-year revenue, profit, and market share growth. Managing and developing a team of direct reports and a sizable Sales organization, the SVP will build a high‑performance, growth‑centric culture, foster collaboration across all functions, and ensure alignment with OmniCable’s mission, values, and long‑range strategic priorities. This highly visible executive leadership role will partner closely with Sales Enablement, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Marketing, and Product Line teams to deliver a unified and customer‑obsessed go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years leading large, multi‑region sales organizations.
  • Strong background in electrical distribution, wire & cable, industrial distribution, or B2B supply‑chain‑driven Sales environments.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams of 150+ with multiple VP-level direct reports.
  • Proven experience driving revenue, margin expansion, and large-scale organizational change.
  • Deep understanding of national distribution models, project markets, and multi‑channel Sales structures.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels internally and externally.
  • Strategic thinker able to operate at the enterprise level while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Data‑driven leader with strong forecasting, analytical, and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional people leadership, coaching, and talent‑development capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to align cross‑functional teams around shared objectives.
  • Demonstrated agility, resilience, and urgency in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environments.
  • Frequent travel (50–70%) to branch locations, customers, industry events, and vendor partners.
