About The Position

The Sr. Vice President of Sales (SVP, Sales) is accountable for achieving Blue Heron’s annual and multi-year sales goals through a disciplined, high-performance revenue engine that reflects the brand’s promise of design-led development and elevated living. At a pivotal moment in the company’s growth, this leader will blend luxury-market sophistication with the rigor of a modern, AI-enabled sales organization to drive execution across the Communities and custom homes, using advanced analytics and predictive insight to improve decision-making and conversion without compromising the bespoke client experience. Partnering with Revenue Operations and Marketing, they will optimize the conversion journey and sustain performance against ambitious growth targets. Equally focused on brand elevation and results, this executive will build a world-class sales team and broker network committed to profitable growth, exceptional client experiences, and market expansion, collaborating closely with peers to ensure a seamless path from lead to ownership. The SVP, Sales will partner closely with Blue Heron’s Revenue Operations function, which is intentionally designed as an independent, data-driven layer that sits between Sales and Marketing rather than within either function. Revenue Operations provides objective, AI-enabled insight into pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion dynamics, pricing effectiveness, and deal risk—offering an unbiased view of what is truly driving revenue performance. Through this partnership, Sales gains a clear, fact-based perspective on demand quality, buyer intent, and execution gaps, enabling smarter prioritization, more accurate forecasting, and faster course correction. This structure replaces intuition-only decision-making with shared accountability, disciplined execution, and a unified focus on profitable growth and long-term enterprise value.
