We are hiring a senior underwriting leader to own portfolio performance across Workers’ Compensation, General Liability, and Property. This role is responsible for sustaining 50–90% annual growth while improving loss ratio through disciplined underwriting, data-driven decision-making, and experimentation with proprietary underwriting technology. This is a hands-on leadership role in a high-growth, tech-enabled insurance environment. The successful candidate will balance speed and precision, partner closely with data and product teams, and translate new underwriting signals into scalable decisions.
