About The Position

The SVP of Information Technology is a CIO-level strategic leader responsible for driving and executing Pond & Company’s technology vision while ensuring operational excellence, robust infrastructure resilience, and cutting-edge innovation. This role will shape and safeguard the firm’s IT ecosystem, champion digital transformation, enhance data insights and AI capabilities, and align technology strategy with business goals. The successful candidate will be a pragmatic technology executive who balances strategic innovation with operational rigor, lifts infrastructure and security posture, and fosters a collaborative, service-oriented IT culture across the organization.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including strategic, operational, and security domains.
  • Experience as a CIO/IT executive at a mid-to-large organization (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience with complex enterprise environments and multi-vendor systems.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise network architecture, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated understanding of data strategies, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI.
  • Solid grasp of software ecosystems and how disparate applications interact across the enterprise.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills.
  • Track record of building resilient teams, setting performance expectations, and mentoring IT talent.
  • A pragmatic, humble leader — less ego, more impact.
  • Customer-first mindset that focuses on delivering service excellence.
  • Strong problem-solver who can balance innovation with execution.
  • Comfortable rolling up sleeves while delegating appropriately.
