About The Position

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is building one of the most ambitious youth development platforms in the country to ensure youth and young adults are prepared for college, career, and life. Formed through the largest Boys & Girls Club merger in American history, our organization now serves more than 20,000 youth across 64 locations, making us one of the largest nonprofit afterschool providers in Florida and one of the largest Boys & Girls Clubs affiliates in America. We have adopted a new mission and vision, and launched Vision 35, a long-term strategy to become the benchmark for youth development in America. This means moving beyond access alone and delivering measurable outcomes in academic success, health and well-being, and workforce readiness. By 2035, we are building toward influencing system level changes and serving more than 150,000 young people annually through a full continuum of services that connect early learning to careers. We operate at the intersection of education, workforce development, public health, and economic mobility.
