As of June 2025, LA County is home to more than 180 Michelin-recognized restaurants, with 32 participating in Dine LA Restaurant Week. As one of the world’s premier sports capitals, Los Angeles is excited to host eight FIFA World Cup 26™ matches – including the U.S. Men’s National Team opening match – and welcome back the Super Bowl for the ninth time. With headquarters in Los Angeles and offices spanning London, Mumbai, Chengdu, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Sydney, Los Angeles Tourism operates on a truly global stage, sharing the city’s dynamic spirit with the world. The Senior Vice President, Global Communications will develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy to elevate the destination’s brand positioning and identity, and increase organizational visibility across multiple audiences. This role requires a visionary leader to manage all aspects of internal and external communications, public relations, and media relations - including building and leading a high-performing internal team and management of global PR agencies. The ideal candidate brings significant media experience, excellent communications and public speaking skills, and a strategic mindset to drive awareness and engagement.
