About The Position

Community Care Physicians is looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance join our team! This position provides strategic leadership for the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, forecasting, and cash management to support operational efficiency and financial performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certificate in good standing.
  • Five years of accounting, analysis and statistical reporting experience including three years of supervisory or management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Accounting & Budgeting operations. Major responsibilities include but are not limited to corporate and departmental financial reporting, cash management, general ledger, accounts payable, contractual accounts receivable and collections and budgets for CCP TASS, Inc. and Community Care Physicians, PLLC.
  • Oversee Preparation of corporate financial forecasts and provide necessary financial insights to Sr. leadership to explain the projections and support the underlying goal of maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
  • Work with the Finance Team to establish and maintain corporate, professional, and governmental policies and procedures.
  • Review monthly corporate financial statements and periodic departmental statements for CCP TASS, Inc. and Community Care Physicians, PLLC.
  • Support CCP TASS, Inc. and Community Care Physicians, PLLC departments, assisting with accounting and materials management questions and issues.
  • Prepare financial reports/analyses for the CEO and EVP CFO.
  • Prepare revenue and cost analysis for Operations.
  • Prepare and submit annual Government reports.
  • Oversee Materials Management & Facilities operations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, price and term negotiations, identifying reliable suppliers, preparing and executing purchase orders, receiving ordered materials and services, fixed asset reporting, inventory control and facilities maintenance.
  • Member of corporate contract review and approval team.
  • Oversee the planning, execution and completion of the annual financial audit ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Oversee cash management on a daily basis for Both CCP TASS and PLLC to ensure adequate operational cash flow to both entities at all times. Review cash projections and provide insight to senior leadership of any trends for informed decision making.
  • Work with Materials Management to establish inventory protocol, leverage pricing discounts, streamline purchasing options for efficiency, optimize rebates, work with affiliate partners to leverage scale/contract/other discounts/rebates/synergies, etc.
  • Act as liaison with affiliate partners for opportunities related to shared facilities, real estate support, etc.
  • Conduct workflow analysis and implement changes to ensure departmental efficiencies and optimization of resources while continuing to provide quality service.
  • Implement financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
  • Assure implementation of internal controls and generally accepted accounting procedures accounting.
  • Manage, coach, develop and evaluate staff.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
  • Assist EVP CFO with special projects.
