We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Exam and Remediation Manager to join our Strategic Regulatory Initiatives Group. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

• 10+ years in senior regulatory, remediation, or compliance leadership roles in financial services
• Demonstrated success building governance frameworks and leading enterprise-wide process transformations
• Executive presence with strong influence at senior management and regulator levels
• Deep expertise in supervisory exam processes, remediation methodologies, and risk governance

Responsibilities

• Help define the end-to-end operating model for regulatory exams and remediation: establish policies, governance forums, and performance metrics
• Make timely decisions on escalated matters and ensure alignment to enterprise risk appetite
• Oversee a small portfolio of remediation initiatives, ensuring consistent progress reporting and risk mitigation
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with external regulators and internal second/third-line partners
• Institutionalize best practices and AI-driven automation solutions; champion enterprise-scale rollouts
• Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise, best practices, and lessons learned
• Assist the line manager in assessing and addressing coverage requirements for regulatory exams and remediation initiatives
