About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: The SVP, Enterprise AI will be a visionary and hands-on leader to head our Enterprise AI function across North America, Japan, China, and the UK. This role requires a unique blend of technical depth in artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, combined with a strategic and commercial mindset to drive growth, efficiency, and innovation. The SVP, Enterprise AI will oversee the development and deployment of AI applications, lead AI-focused R&D initiatives, and ensure our global teams are equipped to deliver measurable business outcomes through advanced analytics. SVP, Enterprise AI will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s AI strategy, building, and scaling high-performing teams, and ensuring our AI investments translate into tangible business impact. SVP, Enterprise AI will shape and execute the AI product strategy and development across these four core focus areas: Content Generation & Creative Acceleration, Digital Platform & Decisioning Systems, Agentic Workforce & Automation, and Digital Twin & Simulation Technologies.

Requirements

  • Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent commercial training a plus.
  • 15+ years of experience in leadership roles at the intersection of technology and business.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive measurable commercial impact through AI innovation.
  • Experience managing global teams and balancing regional needs with enterprise-wide strategy.
  • Proven track record in AI/ML application development, large-scale deployments, and advanced analytics.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, etc.).
  • Experience leading AI R&D initiatives and managing model lifecycle governance.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to translate technical complexity into business language.
  • Familiarity with ethical AI practices, regulatory considerations, and global data privacy standards.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and cultures, ideally in North America, Japan, and the UK.; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Commercial Impact Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy aligned with global business objectives
  • Drive commercial growth through AI-enabled products, services, and process automation
  • Partner with regional and functional leaders to identify high value AI use cases that deliver efficiency and competitive advantage
  • Translate complex AI and analytics insights into actionable strategies that enhance decision-making and operational performance
  • Lead and manage the UDX AI Center of Excellence Team Leadership & Capability Building Work collaboratively and seamlessly with the Digital & Technology Senior Leadership team as a peer function across the engineering, product management, and operations leaders
  • Build and lead a diverse, high-performing global AI and analytics team
  • Foster collaboration across North America, Japan, and the UK, ensuring cultural alignment and local market relevance
  • Mentor and develop talent to strengthen AI/ML, data science, and engineering capabilities across the organization
  • Promote continuous learning and upskilling in AI for both technical and business teams AI Application Development & Deployment Lead the design, development, and scaling of enterprise-grade AI applications across multiple business units
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI technologies into core business processes and platforms
  • Establish best practices for AI model governance, performance monitoring, and ethical AI use Research & Development Oversee cutting-edge R&D in AI/ML natural language processing, generative AI, and advanced analytics
  • Build partnerships with academic institutions, technology vendors, and research bodies to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation
  • Drive experimentation and incubation of emerging AI capabilities to create next-generation business solutions Advanced Analytics Expand enterprise-wide data science and analytics capabilities to unlock insights and predictive intelligence
  • Implement advanced analytics frameworks that improve forecasting, customer personalization, and operational efficiency
  • Champion data-driven culture, enabling teams to harness AI and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
