About The Position

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Vice President, Digital Sales & Marketing-SVS within our SVS division. This position falls under our Corpay Payables line of business. This position is a critical leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the digital commercial strategy for Corpay s SVS division. This leader will drive digital revenue growth, expand our market footprint, and modernize customer acquisition and engagement across key segments including corporate incentives, rewards, disbursements, and B2B fund distribution. The SVP blends strategic foresight with hands-on operational leadership, directing the transformation of SVS s digital presence, marketing ecosystem, sales automation, and analytics capabilities to deliver measurable, scalable growth. This executive partners closely with Product, Sales, Client Experience, Compliance, Finance, and Technology to ensure SVS s digital programs are aligned with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You will report directly to the CRO - SVS.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or growth strategy roles within B2B organizations.
  • Deep understanding of the incentives, prepaid, financial services, or corporate payments ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success driving digital revenue growth.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, marketing automation tools, digital analytics platforms, and integrated martech stacks.
  • Proven ability to scale digital lead generation, implement enterprise-level marketing frameworks, and drive operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives, lead cross-functional initiatives, and develop high-performing teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in prepaid or incentive card programs, digital disbursements, or card issuer/processor environments.
  • Background in digital customer onboarding, compliance workflows, or partner/enterprise sales models.
  • MBA or advanced degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Building and leading a digital sales organization focused on inbound conversion, online procurement, partner activation, and scalable self-service revenue streams.
  • Owning digital channel sales targets, forecasting, and performance analytics for SVS s suite of incentive cards, payout solutions, and corporate disbursement products.
  • Creating a unified digital sales framework leveraging Salesforce, marketing automation, and AI-driven lead scoring to increase pipeline velocity and conversion.
  • Driving integration between digital and traditional sales to ensure seamless handoff, clearer segmentation, and improved customer lifecycle management.
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that positions SVS as the market leader in incentives and B2B payment distribution.
  • Overseeing full-funnel demand generation across SEO/SEM, paid media, content marketing, account-based marketing, social, and email nurture.
  • Strengthening SVS s digital brand presence with messaging that differentiates SVS s capabilities-speed, scale, compliance, and flexibility.
  • Building campaign frameworks designed for enterprise, mid-market, and channel partner audiences with measurable impact on qualified pipeline.
  • Owning the roadmap for digital tools and platforms supporting SVS, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketo, Marketing Cloud, analytics systems, and customer-facing portals.
  • Leading efforts to modernize SVS s digital experiences, including website enhancements, digital onboarding flows, partner enablement portals, and self-service functionality.
  • Ensuring data integrity, tracking, reporting, and attribution models support transparent performance measurement and strategic decision-making.
  • Serving as the executive sponsor for digital transformation within the SVS business, ensuring alignment with Corpay s broader corporate digital roadmap.
  • Partnering with Product to shape digital productization, customer UX, and self-service offerings that reduce friction and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Working closely with Compliance, Risk, and Legal to ensure all digital sales and marketing activity meets regulatory standards and brand/issuer requirements.
  • Collaborating with Client Success, Operations, and Implementation teams to create digital touchpoints that enhance retention and wallet share.
  • Monitoring emerging trends in incentives, prepaid solutions, payments distribution, and compliance-driven B2B fintech.
  • Utilizing competitive intelligence to refine SVS s digital value proposition and identify whitespace opportunities in vertical markets.
  • Providing strategic insights to senior leadership on digital growth levers, evolving customer behavior, and changing partner ecosystems.
