We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Derivatives Trading to join our Buy-Side Trading Solutions Team. This role is located in Boston, MA. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Strong aptitude in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science and a background in quantitative analysis preferred.
  • At least 10 years of derivatives trading experience, preferably in a buy-side or outsourced trading environment.
  • Strong knowledge of global derivatives markets, clearing processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Understanding of multi-asset execution and cross-border trading protocols.
  • FINRA registration and NFA Introducing Broker experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with OMS and EMS platforms (e.g., Aladdin, FlexTrade), Fixed Income and FX trading venues and trading protocols.
  • Effective communication skills with a team-first attitude; self-starter with ability and desire to pursue initiatives and projects independently.
  • Strong execution expertise, cross-asset knowledge, and the ability to operate in a high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage order flow across listed and OTC derivatives (futures, options, swaps) and related instruments for global investment portfolios.
  • Execute transactions using a variety of access methods and execution tactics with a global network of banks and broker-dealers.
  • Undertake Pre- and Post-Trade Cost Analysis to optimise execution behavior using a variety of analytics platforms.
  • Act as a liaison for the Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing them with feedback and market color.
  • Ensure best execution standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to enhancements in trading workflows, including algorithmic execution and post-trade analytics.
