As Senior Vice President, Corporate Access, you will lead the strategic planning, management, and flawless execution of all equity capital markets events. You'll be the architect behind our high-impact conferences, non-deal roadshows (NDRs), bus tours, analyst marketing trips, and bespoke investor functions, while bringing together senior corporate leaders, institutional investors, and Wedbush professionals. In this high-visibility role, you will manage critical relationships with company management teams and investor relations professionals, while collaborating internally across Research, Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Operations. You will ensure that every event reflects the firm's commitment to excellence and deep market connectivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate access, investor relations, capital markets, or related financial services event management
  • Proven success managing high-level corporate access programs and C-suite relationships
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in accounting, budgeting, and reconciliation
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the confidence to engage senior executives and investors
  • Collaborative leadership style and the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of corporate access events; from concept to execution, including multi-day conferences, networking events, NDRs, and analyst marketing trips
  • Serve as the primary liaison with company management and investor relations teams, fostering long-term, trusted relationships
  • Manage internal coordination across Analysts, Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, and Accounts Payable to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Drive the creative direction of marketing materials, invitations, and event branding to align with the firm's image and market leadership
  • Manage and optimize CRM and event platforms (e.g., MeetMax) to coordinate schedules and track engagement
  • Conduct venue diligence, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure all events are delivered on time and within budget
  • Monitor legal and regulatory compliance across all activities
  • Reconcile budgets, invoices, and post-event reporting for senior management
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team dedicated to creating exceptional client experiences
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
