You will: Build & Analyze Develop and refine financial models that guide strategic decision-making Analyze company financials, comparable transactions, and valuation metrics Create & Communicate Build pitch books, client presentations, and more Translate complex quantitative analysis into compelling deal narratives Research & Strategize Conduct deep dives into industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes Help teams identify where clients can win and how Contribute to Live Transactions Work directly with Analysts, Associates, VPs, and Managing Directors Support M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory engagements across industries This is real investment banking. Requirements

Strong GPA (3.5+ preferred)
Undergraduate graduation date: Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
Demonstrated interest in finance or business; coursework in finance/accounting is helpful
Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
High intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in finance
Strong analytical, writing, and research skills
A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
Leadership in academic, extracurricular, athletic, or work settings
A meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
The confidence to ask questions and the humility to take feedback

Responsibilities
